Local attorney launches new name, brand & website for greater emphasis on personal injury plaintiff

The first trial of Angela Greene’s courtroom career was a landmark Lewis vs. Alfa Laval Separation, Inc., a division of Ashland Oil. She tried that case on behalf of the plaintiff, Russell Lewis, who was injured during an explosion at an ethanol plant. Greene took the case when other larger firms turned him away due to its challenges.

“We fought for four years, and I invested my life savings to prepare the case because I believed so strongly in Lewis and the merit of his claim. We turned down a six-figure settlement the morning of the first day of trial because we wanted to be heard,” Greene recalls. “The jury awarded $650,000, and the decision was affirmed on appeal. That trial ignited my passion for trying cases in the courtroom.”

Since the Lewis case, Greene has maintained a near-perfect win record in the courtroom. She has represented parties on both sides, both defendants and plaintiffs. This new emphasis is aimed at offering her services in a broader way to plaintiffs, who might not be as aware of her.
