Savannah Private School Gives Back To Community

St. Andrew’s School in Savannah, Georgia raised over $11,000 for a variety of non-profit organizations during the 2012-13 school year.
 
SAVANNAH, Ga. - July 17, 2013 - PRLog -- During the 2012-13 school year, the St. Andrew’s School community raised over $11,000 for a variety of non-profit organizations in the area.  This spirit of giving back is a key mission component for the Pre-K through Grade 12 school located in Savannah, Georgia.

The organizations supported by the St. Andrew's students and faculty include The American Diabetes Association, Bearable Hugs, Children Inspiring Hope, Chromosome 18 Registry, Dreams Come True, Friends of Oatland Island, Guatemala Project, Jeans for Justice, Komen Race for the Cure, MedBank, Project SAVE, Ronald McDonald House, Relay for Life, Second Harvest Food Bank, UNICEF and Wounded Warriors.

St. Andrew's is an independent International Baccaulaureate World School commited to being a leader in 21st Century Teaching and Learning, which includes a curricular focus on creativity, communication, critical thinking, collaboration and character.
