Serial Entrepreneur, Brad Costanzo Sells Company And Reveals His 3 Part Formula For Business Growth

Brad Costanzo, a serial entrepreneur has recently closed on the sale of his first business and reveals a strategy for business growth involving 3 ordinary questions that businesses can use to achieve extraordinary growth.

DALLAS - July 16, 2013 - PRLog -- Brad Costanzo, a successful internet entrepreneur has successfully closed on the sale of  his direct-response publishing business to an investor group from New Zealand for an undisclosed price. This caps an impressive 6 year run of a series of startups that Costanzo has either begun or angel funded.

Now he has advice for business owners and start-ups alike:  "You have all the resources you'll ever need when you know how to ask 3 questions that reveal solutions hidden in plain sight."

Starting from his living room in 2008, Brad Costanzo created an impressive internet-based publishing company that provided educational resources for a multitude of niche markets.

"We didn't go from zero to seven figures in revenue overnight" Costanzo says, "in fact there many days I wondered if we'd be able to keep the doors open at all."

Costanzo considers his desire for shortcuts and instant gratification, normally frowned upon by traditional mindsets, to be the key that unlocked hidden leverage in his business.

"Many business owners struggle with the feeling that they either need to be experts at everything or own all the resources necessary to grow their business."  However, Brad asserts that this mindset cripples an entrepreneur's ability to experience exponential growth.

When starting a new company, growing a current company or advising his clients to do the same, Brad Costanzo explains the three questions that he asks which unlock doors of opportunity.

These three questions begin with "who else, what if and why not" he explains.

"Who else has what I need or needs what I have? By understanding that someone else has all the resources you'll ever need and at the same time is lacking all the resources they need, you begin to see that by solving that future 'partners' problems you can access the resources you are currently lacking.  And value does not need to be exchanged with money necessarily, nor with your own resources.  Tapping into your network and seeing the dots which can be connected is one of the most powerful strategies available to any business owner today."

Costanzo used this first solution as the primary growth mechanism behind the business he recently sold.  By identifying other businesses with a similar audience, he was able to supply them with multiple resources they needed in exchange for promoting his business to their customers.

This came as a result of the second question:  "What If"  Costanzo explains that this is where the brainstorming begins.  Asking "what if" allows a business owner to create multiple avenues of value that are mutually beneficial for both parties.

The last question, "why not?" seems simple, and it is.  But it's crucial to examine all potential conflicts of interest or failure points of the strategies that arise from this exercise.

"The good news" Brad says "is that when there's no good answer to this third question, there's no reason not to proceed with a strategy that could provide amazing results for any business owner."

Since the sale of his business, Brad Costanzo has been focused on advising the companies of which he sits on the board and helping business owners leverage the intellectual property of experts, authors and content creators to use as marketing currency in attracting, converting, multiplying and reactivating customers.

He is also the co-founder of Turneky Home Buyers and is an active residential and multiamily real estate investor spending his time between San Diego, CA and Dallas, TX.
