Deen TV announces It's News Anchor and TV Presenter Auditions

July 16, 2013 - PRLog -- .  Deen TV will auditioning for television presenters and news anchors shortly.  This announcement was made by the Channels Vice President and host of The Faizal Sayed TV Talk Show, Faizal Sayed earlier this week.  

According to Sayed the channel has now developed to a point where the News Telecast will go into production over the next months.  The channel also has a high demand for content and will be auditioning for presenters to present programs ranging across the genre board.

The Auditions will be conducted nationally whereby the News anchors need to be based in Cape Town, as the news will be aired from the Cape Town studio whilst field presenters are required around the country.  

The criteria for entrance are speech eloquence and persons who believe that they have the talent and ability to manage television presentation says Deen TV President Farouk Arieff.

Applicants for auditions need to state whether they wish to audition for the News Anchor positions or as a presenter for other programming. Applicants wishing to audition as a Newsreader or anchor need also have the ability to write News reports and bulletins. Presenters wishing to audition for general programming need to prepare a brief script to present on camera to panel of producers and directors.  The auditions for The Deen TV Presenter Search will also be television on Deen TV.  

“This is exciting times, especially when a channel looks into news production from a developmental point of view”, says Sayed who will also serve on the judges panel. Hopefuls who are not successful may not despair, as all applicants’ information will entered into a database for possible future use by the channel. Deen TV’s Regional Directors in Durban and Johannesburg, Mr. Hassim Jogee and Mrs. Shamshad Sayed noted that their regions were ready and believed that the regions has a bit of talent to share with the nation.

Auditions for The Deen TV Presenters Search in Cape Town Starts and 9am on Saturday the 17^th of August 2013 at the Deen TV Cape Town studios located on the corner of College and Ruth Roads, Rylands Estate, Athlone. Auditions for Durban and Johannesburg happens on the 24^th and 31^st of August respectively. These venues are to be announced over the next few days.
