Introducing the Ortofon Cocoon Limited Edition Cartridge Set!

Recently introduced at the Frankfurt Musikmess 2013, the Ortofon-Cocoon is the ultimate Club cartridge of superb sound quality! The special cartridge design was developed by the famous Club Brand Cocoon. A strictly limited edition of 500 pieces, the Ortofon-Cocoon Twin set includes two Concorde Nightclub MKII cartridges decorated with distinctive Cocoon design. The Cocoon Twin set is delivered in the exclusive suede case with Ortofon and Cocoon co-brand printed inside the case. All cases are individually numbered. Special designed Certificates signed by Sven Väth, a Frankfurt based DJ, and Christen H. Nielsen, the Ortofon CEO, were included in the package.

The idea for this limited-edition cartridge, which both Cocoon and Ortofon are very proud of, was born out of the many years of good relations between the two companies, as confirmed by Sven Väth:

"These days, the technical set-up at events is unfortunately not always up to scratch for vinyl DJs, be it poorly maintained turntables, a lack of measures to reduce feedback, or poor-quality cartridges.
