This highly anticipated course will be led by Dawn Santoianni.  An engineering professional with over 20 years' experience in power generation and environmental policy analysis, Dawn has worked extensively on regulatory impact analysis over the last five years. Dawn holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in mechanical engineering.
