Karen Bray has been named “Customer Relationship Manager” for the Short Sale team in Georgia known as Brittany Purcell & Associates of Keller Williams Realty that includes an award winning Athens & North Georgia Short Sale Division.

Karen Bray has held several jobs in the past from various fields. From June 2004 to October 2008 Karen was the senior claims specialist at Progressive Insurance. At progressive, Karen was responsible for facilitating successful resolutions, completing coverage investigations, and maintaining data integrity and file quality.

From February 2011 to September 2011 Karen was a body shop estimator at Mixon’s used cars. Here she was accountable for lead production and productivity, quality control, cost control, and environmental and safety compliance. Karen was also responsible for detailed database of current and prospective customers, qualifying leads, and assessing needs and recommending repair solutions.

From January 2012 to June 2013 Karen was the general manager and estimator for the Body Shop of Athens. Here Karen furthered her car know-how and expertise by taking a more managerial role. She was responsible for daily inbound and outbound calls as well as faxes and emails.

Karen was first introduced to real estate by Brittany herself. Brittany was an old client of Karen and offered Karen the job of customer relationship manager, which Karen accepted. Karen having great customer service experience knew she could have a positive future in the real estate industry. Karen has now been on board with the team for one to two months.
