Sprite and With These Hands Join Forces for a New Music Academy

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - July 12, 2013 - PRLog -- Charlotte, NC, Sprite and With These Hands join forces to form a new music academy located at 516 E. 15^th Street, Charlotte, NC 28206 in the Area 15 NODA District. Bringing life to the new and upcoming use of 21^st Century Skills, Sprite and With These Hands felt that by offering an academy full of music and entertainment that participants would have the opportunity to explore their inner crafts.

With These Hands Sprite Music Academy, formally known as With These Hands Mix Academy is an award winning academy that teaches the history of DJ'ing.  Honing in on hands-on techniques that involve Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM), one is capable of producing skills for a new hobby, part-time job, or career. Each class is taught using a detailed curriculum that provides participants the opportunity to learn the true history of a disc jockey while empowering them to set new goals to learn different styles of music. Instructing anyone between the ages of 12 to 99, WTHands thought that it would be best to focus on individuals that wanted to become involved instead of setting limitations. Youth ages 12-17 are able to enroll in classes during the weekdays and afterschool to get an in depth learning experience.

When With These Hands first came into formation, the founder, Claude Whitfield sought out ways to make this academy unforgettable. By partnering with Sprite on June 17, 2013, he is able to do just that. “Our goal is to give each individual a new and refreshing experience that will be everlasting”, says Whitfield. The participants that become involved with the academy are able to utilize their skills for productions and the up and coming events “Sprite Nites” presented by Sprite.
