Branding his music "real rap" the 20 year old englewood neighborhood native, recruited for Def Jam by the infamous No I.D, took the industry by surprise with songs such as "L's Anthem". The Chicago star who's videos routinely break between 500,000 and 600,000 online views within weeks of their release, has created quite the stir amongst A3C enthusiasts, leaving one young fan to tweet ..."LIL DURK IS GOING TO BE AT A3C?! * faints*.

The rapper has gained a steady moementum this year after aligning his self with French Montana's Coke Boys imprint. If all goes as plans there will be a release in early September, of Lil Durk's long anticipated mixtape "Signed to the Streets" hosted by Dj Drama. A remix for his ever popular "L's Anthem" featuring French Montana, Meek Mills, & Yo Gotti is set for release later on this week.
