ATLANTA - July 12, 2013 - PRLog -- Piedmont Residential is growing again and is excited to announce its two new sales consultants, Ron Colligan and Brent Lorkowski. Both joined the builder’s team in June 2013.

Colligan, a licensed Realtor and broker since the late 1980s, is working at The Enclave at Cripple Creek in Kennesaw. Priced from the $190,000s to the mid $250,000s, The Enclave at Cripple Creek has only 12 home sites remaining for pre-sales. The community is located in the sought after Kell High School district and is close to I-575, I-75, shops and restaurants.

His responsibilities include marketing, demonstrating and selling the homes to walk-in traffic. Colligan also has to build a strong network of general real estate agents working with qualified buyers. Working with these agents will create a flow of new opportunities.

“I am enjoying the overall corporate philosophy and customer oriented policies practiced at Piedmont Residential,” explained Colligan.

Residing in Roswell, Colligan and his wife are empty nesters with two standard poodles, Elvis and Gracie.

Lorkowski is working at the Manor at Bridgemill in Canton. As the community’s sales consultant, it is his responsibility to provide a welcoming environment to potential home buyers and guests. He also gives tours of the model homes. Priced from the mid $200,000s, Manor at Bridgemill offers beautiful homes, breathtaking views and access to the golf course, swimming pool, fitness center and tennis courts.

“My mom is the designer at Piedmont and has worked with them since they opened their doors, so I’ve always been around the company and have always believed in their product and visions,” said Lorkowski. “Now that I am part of the team, I love working at Piedmont Residential. It’s a very well rounded company that’s very relaxed and easy to work for.”

Lorkowski resides in Powder Springs, where he was born and raised.
