YWCA of Greater Harrisburg Chooses AVF Consulting for Implementation of Serenic Navigator

BALTIMORE - July 10, 2013 - PRLog -- Baltimore, MD (7/10/13) – The YWCA of Greater Harrisburg (Pa.) has selected AVF Consulting to implement and support a new financial management software system to help increase operational efficiencies and maximize its resources to serve the people of Pennsylvania’s Capital Region.

Dedicated to eliminating racism, empowering women and promoting peace, justice, freedom and dignity for all, the YWCA of Greater Harrisburg administers programs that fight domestic violence, sexual assault and homelessness, while supporting employment, childcare, youth activities and a number of other important causes. Behind these programs is an organization that needs to make the most of funds and resources to ensure it has a positive impact on the community.

To help accomplish this, the YWCA of Greater Harrisburg selected AVF Consulting because of its extensive experience working with not-for-profits and its singular focus on implementing Serenic Navigator, which provides the integrated fund accounting and reporting features the organization was looking for. After a careful selection process, the YWCA chose Navigator over products from Blackbaud and Sage.
