Follow on Google News | St Andrews Aquarium New Residents Snap, Sting and PopSt Andrews Aquarium in Fife has welcomed even more new residents with the arrival of a very rare and what is Scotland’s largest, Alligator Snapping Turtle, six Southern Stingrays and three baby Bearded Dragons who hatched earlier in the week.
By: Volpa Transferred to the Fife visitor attraction from London Aquarium, the six Southern Stingrays have now taken up residence in the shark tank alongside the Aquarium’ The three baby beaded dragons are now settling into their enclosure with their parents, having hatched one by one over the past week. Andrew Whiston, Displays Manager of St Andrews Aquarium commented; “We are really excited about our latest additions to the Aquarium. The building has been filled with excitement recently whilst we were waiting for all our new animals to arrive and our visitors have been really enjoying learning about them.
