STERLING, Mass. - July 10, 2013 - PRLog -- The Conference on Animals in the Afterlife, featuring leading experts in the nascent field of after-death communication and encounters with spirit animals, will be held at the Holiday Inn in Boxborough, MA on November 3, 2013.  The inaugural one-day event is sponsored by Animal Communicator Maureen Harmonay of Animal Translations.

The Conference's keynote address will be given by award-winning author and animal advocate, Kim Sheridan.  Her ground-breaking book, Animals and the Afterlife, has offered immense comfort and reassurance to those who have lost a beloved companion animal.

Other presenters will describe ghostly apparitions by paranormal pets, relate stories of spirit animals who have been seen, heard, and felt, and tell of animals who have seemingly reincarnated to rejoin their human families, months or years after they had shed their original physical bodies.   The speakers include noted paranormal investigator Jeff Belanger of GhostVillage.com; Alexis Brooks, host of CLN Radio's Conscious Inquiry; and Maureen Harmonay, who uses telepathy to connect with animals both living and in spirit.

The gifted psychic medium Joanne Gerber will make spontaneous connections with the spirit families of some of the lucky attendees, in the fervent hope that departed spirit animals will come through during this dramatic finale to what promises to be a thoroughly amazing day.

Attendees will be entered to win autographed copies of Animals and the Afterlife, complimentary animal communication consultations with Maureen Harmonay, and a custom acrylic portrait of an animal of their choice by popular animal artist Kerrie Ascioli.

In describing her interest in organizing the Conference, Maureen Harmonay said, "Whether you come as a skeptic or as a believer, you'll leave this event knowing that these afterlife connections are possible for you and the animals who have meant so much to you, no matter how many months or years it's been since you said good-bye."

Conference registration is $149.  For more information, including descriptions of the speakers' presentations, or to register for the event, visit The Conference on Animals in the Afterlife website.
