Dewy Moss LLP Announces Its Launch of DEW Write Press

July 9, 2013 - PRLog -- Dewy Moss LLP today announces its launch of DEW Write Press.  The label launched three titles on July 4, 2013, debuting in the Top 100 on the Amazon Kindle bestsellers list in its category.  The hot new release, Jack & Diane, by newcomer Lena Hampton, debuted in the Top 10 of multicultural romance.  Currently, Jack & Diane is #1 in multicultural romance and #5 in African-American romance. In a time when bookstores and libraries are closing, technology is bringing publishing closer to the writer.  “The launch of our publishing company has been a smashing success, meaning it has far exceeded our expectations,” says Dewy Moss cofounder Danette Davis.  Davis of Indianapolis and her business partner Michele Kimbrough of Chicago, decided it was time to start their own publishing company to recognize talented authors with a powerful, positive, and entertaining point of view, who are often overlooked for celebrity and more popular authors.

“When we started Dewy Moss, we had no idea that we’d be able to launch three titles within the first six months of establishment and debut all three in the top 100 within 24 hours of release.  We certainly never imagined having a title in the top 10 within the first 72 hours,” says Kimbrough.  “We’re quite busy and haven’t needed to actively pursue authors for our label. There have been numerous inquiries and submission for consideration.”
