Karaoke World Championships USA Opens Online Entries

MASON, Ohio - July 9, 2013 - PRLog -- Karaoke World Championships USA opened the competition to online entries today. All singers can now submit the link for their videos from sites like TheKaroakeChannel.com, RedKaraoke.com, SingSnap.com, YouTube.com, or others.

Singers will be judged by the same criteria as those for the local qualifiers.

2) Rhythm and tempo

3) Vocal Expression

4) Stage Presence

5) Entertainment value/Overall performance

Singers must be registered on the website prior to submitting video. Only one submission is allowed per singer. Singers can submit their entries at http://www.kwcusa.net/2013onlineentry.html . The link provided must be available to the public so that judges are able to view without special permissions. Singers will be qualified for state or regional level competitions. If you are selected, you will be notified via email so it is critical that your email is correct and you are able to receive emails from kwcusa.net.

WCUSA is the national karaoke competition for the USA as part of the Karaoke World Championships. The KWCUSA competition has been operated in the USA since 2007 and has sent one male and one female to the world competition each year Singers compete at the local level and then advance through state, regional, and finally the national competition at Black Oak Casino in Tuolumne, California. One male and one female rise to the top and are sent by KWCUSA to Finland with paid Hotel and Airfare along with $1,000.00 cash. But the real reward is the Karaoke World Championship experience. This competition is a world class event and friends share the event around the world for years to come.
