DEDHAM, Mass. - July 10, 2013 - PRLog -- Dedham, MA - Acmeware is pleased to announce a new organizational structure and several promotions to accommodate our continued success.  With the growth in number of hospitals with MEDITECH Data Repository (DR), Acmeware anticipates there will be a significant increase in the demand for traditional DR custom report development, DR management and maintenance solutions, training, and data interfacing professional services.

The newly titled Consulting Services Division will be led by Ian Proffer, Vice President. Mr. Proffer has been with Acmeware since 2007. His previous experience includes 7 years in healthcare IT at Jefferson Healthcare and Harborview Medical Center in Washington and 4 years with Microsoft where he worked extensively on SQL Server. Reporting to Mr. Proffer are Jamie Gerardo, Manager and newly promoted Geoff Grouten, Manager.  Mr. Grouten has been with Acmeware as a Consultant Analyst for 10 years. Ms. Gerardo and Mr. Grouten will manage Acmeware's Consultant Analysts. http://www.acmeware.com/services.aspx

Acmeware’s new Products and Operations Division will be led by Bill Presley.  Mr. Presley's responsibilities will be expanded to include product development and support as well as internal software and hardware systems.  Mr. Presley brings 15 years of IT experience including over 8 years at New England Baptist Hospital.  Under Bill's leadership, NE Baptist developed leading edge applications including eDoc. With the initial success of our OneView EHR Meaningful Use application and past success of custom application development, Acmeware anticipates the continued expansion of its product line. http://www.acmeware.com/products.aspx

To assist in addressing the complexities associated with DR and SQL based products, Marcie Wiginton will assume a new position at Acmeware as the liaison between the Product and Consulting Services Divisions. Ms. Wiginton will be responsible for developing a set of default code that will be customized by Consulting Analysts from the Consulting Services division as needed to meet our clients’ requirements and business practices whenever an Acmeware product is implemented. Marcie has been instrumental in developing the default template code for our OneView EHR Meaningful Use package (2011 and 2014 versions). http://www.acmeware.com/meaningfulusereporting.aspx
