Scott Samuels to Perform at Cactus Music in Houston on July 17th

HOUSTON - July 9, 2013 - PRLog -- HOUSTON - Noted rock singer-songwriter Scott Samuels kicks off a summer solo acoustic tour of Texas and Louisiana Wednesday, July 17^th with a 5:30pm to 6:00pm in-store showcase performance at Cactus Music, 2110 Portsmouth Rd., Houston, promoting his new CD “Great Big World”.  Refreshments will be provided by St. Arnold Brewing Company.

From 2000-2010, Samuels led San Diego-based Roxy Monoxide, a well-known band amongst aficionados of the power-pop genre of rock n’ roll.

The tour culminates with a special performance at the Los Angeles International Pop Overthrow Festival, on July 27, from 1:30-2:15p on the Fais Do-Do Stage.
