Appeal Board reverses Judge's decision and issues award in favor of Imbesi Christensen's client

NEW YORK - July 8, 2013 - PRLog -- Attorneys Vincent Imbesi and  Brittany Weiner, of the law firm Imbesi Christensen, successfully appealed a decision rendered against the firm's client by a hearing Judge.  

The Honorable George Friedman (member) issued the written decision which reversed the hearing Judge's decision in favor of Wyckoff Heights Medical, the employer of the firm's client.  The case involved the termination of the firm's client, a licensed pharmacist, for alleged misconduct.  

After an initial hearing was concluded, in which the hearing Judge rendered a decision in favor of the firm's client, the employer filed an appeal.  The Appeal Board determined that a new hearing was required, essentially reversing the client's initial victory.

After the second hearing was concluded, the hearing Judge issued a decision in favor of the employer.  Imbesi Christensen filed an appeal of the second decision.  In response, the Appeal Board reversed the Judge's decision completely and rendered an award in favor of the firm's client.  

The published decision is titled, "Appeal Board No. 571678."
