Paul McGann was only ever in one Doctor Who movie, in 1996 . Since then he has been in audio dramas, comic books, novels, etc; in part, it was the incredible work of Paul McGann in the 1990s and early 2000s that started the momentum going for the fantastic new Doctor Who. Although the 1996 movie failed to spawn a series of its own, McGann is a fabulous actor who has publicly stated his willingness to return. We feel cheated out of a Doctor and we feel it is foolish to waste McGann's talent and  contribution. We just cannot have a great Doctor then not have him. There are missing years and much imagination because he wasn't the Doctor in 2005.  Fans world wide a rabid to have him return to the role.
