LATHAN ATKINSON sits down and briefly discusses life on tour, and his larger than life attitude with ESPN Asia.

1. You have been said that you are like the Dennis Rodman of golf. From the way you dress, attitude,  and your flamboyance on and off the course. Your thoughts ? LA) Flamboyance ? Wow. You describe me as Liberace or something. I'll admit I'm not your average or typical looking golfer. Attitude ? I don't really understand what you are referring to except to my care-free attitude to life in general. Life is too short. Enjoy while you are able. Now next ?
2. If we had your IPod, what would we be listening to ? LA) Sky Blu from Big Bad University. He use to be that cool cat  in LMFAO. Just downloaded his album today. I can't believe he put it out there for free. So I'll give him a plug. Download that sh~t !
3. Your favorite course you've played ? LA) Mission Hills in China. It's huge, they have like a dozen courses on the property. It's crazy and all the courses are so well manicured.
4. Your favorite actor or actress ? LA) Actor. That dude from that American TV show called That 70's show and Yo "Mama". I think his name is Wilmer something. That guy must get a lot of chicks. (Referring to Wilmer Valderrama). Actress. DefinItely that girl from Robot Wars ! I think her name is Diana Yang. She's dope and fine as, I'll leave it at that. Is she married ? I think I'm in love with her.
5. Your Go-To Club ? LA) Definitely Live at the Fountainbleau in South Beach. Just kidding. I'd have to say my 7 iron.
6. Your favorite golfer ? LA) That's an easy one. Me of course.
7. Your favorite vacation spot ? LA) I love Miami. South Beach to be more specific. The weather, all the women there are gorgeous, and the nightlife, I'll describe it as total foolishness. While on that subject, let me give a shout to the baddest and most beautiful VIP Host in Miami, is baddest a real word ? What's up Wendy Rodriguez aka DJ Mouse ? Definitely ask for her if you are ever in Miami.
8. Your favorite thing about being a Professional Golfer ? LA) Definitely all the perks you get. All the free stuff, the private golf courses you get to play, and the female golf groupies. Seriously it's an honor being on tour and I count my blessings every day. I get to meet a lot of great people and get to see places I've always dreamed of seeing.
9. Your Favorite Athlete ? LA) I have a few, but let me think about this one for a minute. Okay are you ready ? It's actually a female basketball player. She played for UC Irvine a couple of years ago. Her name was Mikah , well I'm sure it still is unless she got married or something, I hope not though. She was bad ass. Hey, I know your ESPN Asia but do you think you can hook that up ? Let me know because I have to get a step ladder first. Talking about talent and beauty all wrapped up in one. Seriously guys, can you find out where she is for me ? I have to meet her, like yesterday.
10. It's been a pleasure Lathan. Any last words or thoughts ? LA) I know I might joke around quite a bit, but I respect this game, and I count my blessings everyday. Believe me this is a dream come true and I embrace golf, life, love, family and my belief in God to the utmost. Did I say that right ? With that said "F" Tadao and I want to meet the blonde and new lead singer from the PCD. Now that's what's up.
