Microsoft announce release date of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013

July 4, 2013 - PRLog -- Microsoft have today announced the Orion release of Dynamics CRM will be available both online as Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Fall '13 and on-premise as Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013, this major release will deliver more personal experiences to sales, marketing and customer care professionals.

On the back of a 21% revenue growth since 2011 Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 will provide users with the ability to access a more personalised CRM experience across multiple devices and introduces a new single screen process driven user interface that maximises connections and insights with customers and contacts.

Furthermore, Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 provides the very latest mobile and social experiences including full Yammer and Skype connectivity allowing internal and external communications through CRM at a level never seen before.

New Mobile Applications

Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 also introduces new applications on iPad and Windows 8 tablets, further driving CRM management and analytics on the move. Touch optimised mobile experiences for iPhone, Windows 8 and Android phones are expected to be released shortly after.
