Integralis Selects Matrix42’s Workplace Management Solution

July 4, 2013 - PRLog -- LONDON, Thursday 4^th July, 2013: Matrix42 (www.matrix42.com) today announced that Integralis, an IT security and risk management provider, has selected Matrix42’s Workplace Management comprising solutions for Physical Device Management and Software License Compliance, Self-Service and ServiceDesk.  Integralis will benefit from a Workplace Management solution that cost effectively delivers ITIL best practices and greater automation for IT service management.

Integralis, an independent subsidiary of NTT Communications, offers a practical and flexible approach to information security, based on a strong foundation of technology.  A need to further improve the automation of key processes and the increasingly complex challenge of meeting ISO27001 reporting requirements led Integralis to research alternative solutions.  Following a competitive evaluation, it chose the Corporate Workplace Management suite from Matrix42 for a global deployment.
