Voice talent, in return, will have complete, professional profiles and demos uploaded, or they will not be visible on the website."

He also stresses such things are being done because, "After years of experience, voice talent and voice seekers know what works. We want to be as transparent as possible for all users." The company is aware that such positioning may involve turning away business, but the boutique nature of the website means more quality voice jobs, and less competition for vendors.
