Thomas Mattern, DDS Signs Publishing Deal With CelebrityPress For New Book, “Change Agents”

WINTER PARK, Fla. - July 1, 2013 - PRLog -- Dr. Thomas Mattern, of Desert Dentistry (http://www.desertdentistry.com/), has joined a select group of the world’s leading experts to co-write the forthcoming book titled, Change Agents: The World's Leading Experts Reveal Their Secrets for Successfully Changing the Status Quo to Help Their Clients Lead Better Lives and Run Better Businesses. Nick Nanton, Esq., along with business partner, JW Dicks, Esq., recently signed a publishing deal with each of these authors to contribute their expertise to the book, which will be released under their CelebrityPress imprint.

Dr. Mattern believes that approaching work with the right attitude creates success for the company and the community. Giving back to the community has always been a priority for Dr. Mattern. He has offered his office every year since 2003 to the ADA Give Kids a Smile program providing care to hundreds of disadvantaged children. His monthly visits to Saint Vincent DePaul’s dental clinic in downtown Phoenix and his on-going trips to the dental clinic in Atoyac, Mexico have been rewarding for both Dr. Mattern and the patients he serves.  

Dr. Mattern enjoys all aspects of dentistry and due to his many hours of continuing education is able to provide all forms of treatment including implants, complete smile makeovers, root canals, dentures, orthodontics  and all restorative work.  Not only does Dr. Mattern treat patients but he also manages Desert Dentistry’s five practices.  His offices are recognized for the level of customer service they provide.

Descriptively known as Agents of Change, the Celebrity Experts® in Change Agents seek to make new inroads into the fields of expertise they represent. They have attained success by changing both themselves and the world around them to some degree. Never afraid of change, however difficult, they know that they will never enjoy the sweet taste of success only doing what everyone else does.

The royalties from this project will be given to Entrepreneur’s International Foundation, a not for profit organization dedicated to creating unique launch campaigns to raise money and awareness for charitable causes. The book is expected to be published in September 2013.

About Thomas Mattern, DDS:

Thomas M. Mattern graduated from Creighton University School of Dentistry in 1988 (the same day his daughter was born). He has been a member of the American Dental Association and The Academy of General Dentists for 25 years. Dr. Mattern is an alumnus of the Las Vegas Institute of Cosmetology program. He obtained his fellowship in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists in 2007. Outside of work, his passion is golf and spending time with his wife and four children.
