Talent Function Group Expands Executive Team to Enhance Customer Success and Breadth of Services

In this position, Knight will develop and execute the company’s consulting business strategies in addition to cultivating and managing the teams that design and deliver solutions.

Knight brings more than 17 years of experience in recruitment, consulting services and project management to his new role with Talent Function Group. Prior to joining the company, he worked for Futurestep, where he held a number of leadership positions. He most recently served as principal consultant and the Oracle/Taleo Solutions Manager, which involved building strong client relationships and delivering strategic and operational management of Oracle/Taleo solutions. Earlier in his career, Knight worked for The Schwan Food Company as the project lead for the company’s staffing management system implementation. Knight holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University and is an Oracle Taleo Recruiting Cloud Service Certified Implementation Specialist.
