The all-day seminar will take place on August 11th, 2013 at Infinite Fitness, located at 4330 Morena Blvd, San Diego, CA 92117.
The Whole9 recommendations are based upon a paleo framework, which is comprised of eating real food - meat, fish, eggs, vegetables, fruit, healthy oils, nuts and seeds. It focuses on choosing foods that were raised, fed and grown naturally, and foods that are nutrient-dense, with lots of naturally occurring vitamins and minerals.
“On a personal level, I am most excited for you to learn about how you can eliminate the symptoms of your medical conditions just by changing the food that you put on your plate. Earlier this year, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease called Durhing's Disease. This diagnosis has numerous debilitating side effects, but being armed with the skill set I have learned through the Whole9 program, I am able to combat these effects and live a healthy and productive life. I am forever grateful to the Whole9 program for giving me my health back, and I can't wait for them to share their gift with you” said Heather Ellis, owner of Infinite Fitness.
The Whole9 Seminar will begin at 9:00 a.m. on August 11, 2013. Tickets may be purchased online at http://infinitesandiego.eventbrite.com or by calling Infinite Fitness at (858) 354-7987.
