The other secret is the wonderful homemade mango dressing containing mangos, honey, water, lime juice, vinegar and poppy seeds. Excluding the marinade time, the entire salad only takes 25 minutes to prepare.

Shrimp and Watermelon Salad uses one of the world's most refreshing fruits, ice cold fresh watermelon. Now add pan-seared shrimp, fresh thyme, bok choy, tomatoes then top it with feta cheese and it creates this wonderful Shrimp and Watermelon Salad. The watermelon juices, mixed with the fresh vegetables and shrimp creates a unique taste that says, "It's Summer".
