Premier Paper Group chosen to distribute Mirri products for HP Indigo in the UK and Ireland

READING, U.K. - July 1, 2013 - PRLog -- The Premier Paper Group is the UK's leading independent paper distributor, with operations throughout the UK. We are pleased to announce that Mirri Pak for HP Indigo and Mirri Holographic for HP Indigo will be added to the selection of digital products that Premier Paper distributes through the Premier digital division.

Mirri is a world leading brand of metallic paper and board and is widely recognised by designers, retailers and brand owners as a tool to communicate quality, innovation and brand category leadership.

Mirri Pak for HP Indigo is a metallic substrate for graphical applications, providing a premium finish for a wide range of campaigns and products such as social stationery and gifts, premium direct mail, event invites, promotional items, photo books, packaging and short run book or magazine covers. The potential offered by this new Mirri product for personalised print in the digital arena is great.

This product recently certified by for use on HP Indigo presses and  is available in three weights -  315mic/220 gsm, 415mic/280gsm and 460mic/300gsm. All weights passed certification with three stars for ink adhesion, printability and runability.

The three weights have been certified for HP Indigo presses 5000, 5500, 5600, 7000, 7500 and 7600 through the speciality media evaluation process.

Mirri Holographic for HP Indigo has now also been certified, as a natural range extension.

Premier Paper Group will initially stock the Mirri Holographic for HP Indigo rainbow material and more patterns will follow soon.

Both Mirri Pak for HP Indigo and Mirri Holographic for HP Indigo are both coated and certified for both sides.

Mirri Pak for HP Indigo is also certified for use with Color-Logic™ prepress software. The Process Metallic Color System™ by Color-Logic is a patent pending technology which empowers its users to create and print striking special effect designs.
