June 29, 2013 - PRLog -- With sunny skies, more daylight, longer days and the shift of our clocks, many are speculating that spring has finally arrived. This week Angel Links looks into the question: Has Spring Officially Arrived...

Britain endured a wet and miserable summer and winter was no different.  Meteorologists noted a colder than average winter with temperatures plunging to -18C, with heavy snow causing many delays and disruptions across the country, increase in gas and electric bills leaving many Brits to feel the pinch. The country was hit by three "very cold snaps" lasting as long as a week’ Jim Dale of British Weather Services noted that it has been a colder than average period from mid-November to late January. “Temperatures fell to about -10oC in southern England and -18oC in parts of Scotland." In the last weekend of March, as the clocks turned forward and as many lost an hour of sleep there was a glimmer of hope for sunny days as many Brits and Angel Links hoped. However as we entered April, ‘the icy weather returns with snow blows, setting spring back’ (guardian.co.uk) Rebecca at Angel Links stated 'I can't believe it is April and we are still getting rain. Let’s hope there is a better summer.’

So Angel Links are left to ask will spring or summer of 2013 be coming anytime soon. Weather forecasters expect more snow and showers these next few weeks.’ Maybe we will just skip spring and just head to summer, here's to wishful thinking' said Minerva expect market researcher at Angel Links

With summer now approaching the weather forecasts show that we are in for another wet summer with high temperatures and humidity.

Reports suggest this is due to the fact that the Atlantic oceans temperature is higher than it should be hence the weather is odd at the moment.

Angel Links question is this a case of Global warming and is the world climate really changing.
