First time home seller sold a townhome in 32824 with the help of the Orchilles Realty Group

 
ORLANDO, Fla. - June 28, 2013 - PRLog -- The Orlando home owner sold the townhome in the Orlando neighborhood of Meadow Woods, close to the Orlando International Airport. Homes for sale near the airport had become scarce when the first time home seller hired Francisco Orchilles and the Orchilles Realty Group to help. The homeowner believed that the real estate market in Orlando was still in a depressed state and did not have high hopes that she would be able to sell her Orlando townhome. The 32824 townhome was on the market for 4 days and received multiple offer. Since the homeowner wanted to close the transaction quickly, she opted to sell the Orlando townhome to a cash buyer for the list price of $96,000. The Orchilles Realty Group brokered the transaction after closing, which took a short 20 days.

The townhome in Meadow Woods has a total of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was built in 2004 and is located in Beacon Park, a small community of townhomes and single family homes in Orlando, FL. Beacon Park attracts many international buyers as well as airport employees because of its proximity to the Orlando International Airport.
