Knut Harald Nylænde: Moxie strengthens property investments in Norway and considers southern Europe

OSLO, Norway - June 28, 2013 - PRLog -- Moxie AS and the group of companies headed by Knut H. Nylænde hereby announce that its investments in properties and property developments will continue in spite of general increase on the prices of potential projects in Norway.

The investments are still concentrated in the Norwegian market as that is where the group has the necessary expertise. However, Moxie and Knut H. Nylænde are considering some property projects in southern Europe. These will be done in cooperation with close partners with the needed capacities.

The group’s current projects relate to housing projects in central Oslo and a development project in the city of Sarpsborg.

The latter project which has still not gone through all regulatory hurdles will include 34 “life cycle apartments” something that represents a fairly new concept in Norway

As a relatively long-term investor, the Group focuses on taking advantage of long-term market trends like the steady movement of people to the biggest cities in Norway.

Since the establishment of the group almost 15 years ago, one of the group’s main activities has been investment and development of properties. The return on investment has been very satisfactory thus far. One key element of the investment strategy has been to co-invest with partners in the projects.

Knut H. Nylænde adds: “In my view there are still a number of potential property projects in Norway that can give an excellent return on investment with the right strategy and the right people to manage the project.” He adds that they “carefully consider adding some projects to the property portfolio in Southern Europe".
