Rochester-based Wilmac acquires Pennsylvania company advanced Telecommunications, Inc., to Continue Philadelphia Market expansion

Rochester, NY,  June 1, 2013 –
Wilmac, a family-run call recording solutions company in business since 1957, has acquired Advanced Telecommunications, Inc., (ATI) of Bensalem, Pennsylvania, to support the expansion of their sales and field services into the Philadelphia market. Wilmac also serves Upstate New York and markets in Boston, New York City, and Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Wilmac has acquired certain assets, and all contracts and customers of ATI. ATI’s Sales and Service departments will join Wilmac’s existing team in the Philadelphia area.

Wilmac specializes in the delivery, professional on-site technical implementation and training to successfully deploy call recording hardware and software suites tailored to the unique needs of each customer. Exceptional service and support – a commitment of both Wilmac and ATI – includes emergency response, remote access trouble-shooting and on-site repair coordinated through Wilmac’s Service Operations Center at their Rochester headquarters.
