Bottom Terminated Component Assembly Tech Symposium Sept 25th

ROLLING MEADOWS, Ill. - June 26, 2013 - PRLog -- Rolling Meadows, IL — BEST Inc announces its 2013 symposium “Bottom Terminated Components- ARGH- they are a pain! Bottom Terminated Components-Assembly, Rework, Reliability, Cleaning and Void Prevention”. We are proud to announce that industry expert and wit, Phil Zarrow , will be the keynote speaker this year. This symposium will be held in the Chicago suburban area and feature a variety of subject matter experts on the topics related to the placement, inspection, processing and rework of bottom- terminated components.

The event will be taking place on Wednesday September 25th, 2013 beginning at 8:30AM and lasting through the afternoon hours. There will (5) subject matter experts speaking on the topics of assembly, reliability, avoidance of voiding, a hands on rework session and how to clean and measure the cleanliness underneath BTCs. The event will be catered including a warm lunch menu and pastries.
