TAVARES, FL – The Ormond Beach Reunion Bank staff and management, including Volusia County President Mark Chastain, were presented with a beautification award from the Ormond Beach Chamber of Commerce this past week.

“The award was a pleasant surprise,” said Chastain. “We are pleased to be serving the Ormond Beach area and look forward to building deeper roots in the community,” he added.

Reunion’s newest branch opened in May, and is located at 775 W. Granada Blvd. It’s housed in a brand a new, state-of-the-art building surrounded by lush landscaping. In addition to accommodating the bank, there is also commercial space available for lease on the other side of the building.  

The Ormond Beach Chamber’s beautification committee, comprised of local business leaders, presents quarterly beautification awards in each of the city's four zones for residential, commercial and business renovation categories. The committee is charged with the purpose of “promoting community through pride among the residents by various programs developed to maintain and improve the quality of living in the City of Ormond Beach, and to instill a spirit of pride in the lifestyle of its commercial and residential areas.”
