June 26, 2013 - PRLog -- The Home Builders & Remodelers Association of Massachusetts (HBRAMA) focuses on efforts to improve and maintain a positive image of the building industry and to represent the interests of the affiliated associations by maintaining constructive involvement in government and regulatory affairs in order to meet the housing needs of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and its residents.

This years' Installation and Awards Night was held on June 18, 2013 in Brookline, MA.  Andrew Chaban, CEO of Princeton Properties, was pleased to serve as the Master of Ceremonies for the evening.  Princeton Properties, based in Lowell, Massachusetts acquires, builds, renovates, leases and manages apartment communities and corporate furnished apartments. Currently, Princeton Properties owns and manages more than 6000 apartment homes for rent in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine and Georgia.
With its unique hands on management approach, Princeton Properties has made its mark as a proven industry leader and sound real estate investor. Princeton strong track record in real estate management has earned the company several awards and accolades.

Andrew Chaban spoke about the importance of being involved with the local builders association.  In addition to his local involvement, Mr. Chaban spends time at the national level acting as Chairman of Federal Government Affairs and at the state level working on public policy as well as a focus on many issues relating to Multi-Family Housing.
