J.L. Wallace Has Begun Tenant Improvement Construction at Country Lakes Business Center

FORT MYERS, Fla. - June 25, 2013 - PRLog -- FORT MYERS, FL. (June 25, 2013) – J.L. Wallace Inc. has begun construction on a Tenant Improvement for Coleman Flooring at the Country Lakes Business Center off Luckett Road. Awarded by E.B. Properties on June 1, 2013, J.L. Wallace plans to complete this construction by the end of July.

Construction for this flex-industrial space consists of offices, warehouse space and bathrooms.

Ted Gadoury is serving as Project Manager with Robbyn Spears as Senior Project Manager Assistant and Ken Furtado as Project Superintendent. Architectural design services are being provided by Robert L. Massengale, with Engineering services provided by Stafford Engineering.
