One of the most prominent results was lowered blood pressure and increased heart rate similar to that of aerobic training.

For added impact, doing regular callisthenic exercises increases the effectiveness for those individuals healthy enough for increased exertion. Extra hot tub exercises include things like running in place, leg lifts and squats. In addition, relaxing in a hot tub soothes tired muscles and improves sleep habits. For those who have difficulty exercising in traditional ways due to injury, illness or medical conditions such as arthritis, a hot tub offers a way to improve health without impact or further injury.
