The Rent Rite Directory is Proud to Announce the Addition of National Account Manager to their Team

DALLAS - June 24, 2013 - PRLog -- The Rent Rite Directory is well known for offering a free rental history database to individual landlords, realtors, and property management staff in an effort to share information among communities for further proactive growth. The database allows landlords and real estate professionals to trace tenants who have skipped out on their lease, been evicted, rented for unauthorized guests (drug dealers, sex offenders, sex traffickers, etc.), damaged property, violated their lease, and committed on-property crime.

The company also works with police departments nationwide to inform and educate property managers on ways to improve their communities, starting with who they put into them. They recently received their second certificate of appreciation for their work with cities and crime prevention programs around the country.

Garrett joins the team as the national account manager to help implement best practices for screening, and to inform professionals of the online tools available to them through the RRD’s system. Garrett attended Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, and was a part of the Cox School of Business’ Real Estate Finance program. He was also  part of SMU’s Real Estate Society.
