P & P Caterers Serving 350 Homeless at Party in Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA - June 24, 2013 - PRLog -- On Friday June 28 at 11:30am, volunteers from Be the Light of the Party Foundation will be sponsoring their annual party for 350 homeless guests at Saint John's Hospice on Race Street in Philadelphia.  This year instead of pizza the party will feature the upscale cuisine of P & P Caterers, a catering company on the top 10 of Philly's 2012 HOT LIST.  In addition to the P & P menu, volunteers and students from Bucks County will be serving soda, cookies, and Godiva chocolates as a special treat for the homeless guests.  Entertainment will be provided by Philly singer/songwriter Matt Spitko.  This year is Saint John's Hospice's 50th Anniversary, celebrating 50 years of service to the homeless and needy of Philadelphia.
