Tata Technologies Attends Paris Air Show as Guests of Mexican Federation of Aerospace Industry

PARIS - June 20, 2013 - PRLog -- Tata Technologies is once again on hand for the largest and oldest aerospace exhibition in the world, the Paris Air Show. Representing the company over the course of the week-long event, which began June 17, is Hugo Ortiz, who was invited to attend as part of the delegation sent by the state-sponsored Mexican Federation of Aerospace Industry.

Ortiz, who heads Aerospace and Strategic Accounts of our Guadalajara, Mexico, office, has spent his trip meeting with C-level executives as he prospects new clients in the industry. The aerospace sector has skyrocketed in Mexico recently, boasting an astonishing 20 percent year-over-year growth rate spanning the last seven years. Underlining this burgeoning market was the impressive list of high-level public officials that joined Ortiz, including the Mexican Ambassador to France, the director of the economic development agency ProMexico, and the governors of the states of Sonora, Querétaro and Nuevo León.

While at the show, Ortiz met in the Mexico booth with Jacky Frankreich and Dominique Tangavelou of the Tata Technologies France team. Among the many major announcements during the week was that one of the company’s key clients, Zodiac Aerospace, will build a new production facility in Mexico.
