Paradise Valley Real Estate Value Continues To Climb During Poor Economic Times

PARADISE VALLEY, Ariz. - June 19, 2013 - PRLog -- According to early 2013 reports from the Standard and Poor’s (S&P) Case-Schiller Home Price Index, home prices across the country have shown the fastest gain in six years with Paradise Valley in the Phoenix Metropolitan area leading the way.  

The S&P Case-Schiller Index is the authority and leading measure for the country’s residential housing market. It tracks changes in the value of real estate nationally and in 20 key U.S. metropolitan regions. The Index showed all cities on the upswing, but the Phoenix metropolitan region known as Paradise Valley, showed a 23% rise since last year – the highest gain of any other metropolitan area in the nation. Paradise Valley, the 12th largest metro region in the country, is an expansive land area that spreads from north of the Phoenix Mountains to Cave Creek and Carefree in the north and the McDowell Mountains to the east.
