SeniorCare and UPMC Health Plan to Speak at 3rd Annual Star Ratings Leadership Summit

The speakers will focus on how to identify and align member outreach programs to reduce redundancy and influence member behaviors through lifestyle modifications and prevention. They will also discuss strategies for effectively moving away from simply reporting on a service to actionable follow-up care and treatment plans, while leveraging cutting-edge mHealth technology.
