OPTIMO offers a full function, totally customisable webshop for Events and Venues.

The software company, which has over 10 years in the industry, has recently introduced the new feature which complements its comprehensive solutions. Catering to Venues such as F1 Motorsports Circuits, Stadiums, Arenas, Community Venues, Events and Global Sponsorships, OPTIMO provides a complete system that manages ticketing, bookings, CRM, facility hire, resources, conference and banqueting, marketing and sales and hospitality.

But what we noticed was they were fairly basic and didn’t give our clients a proper platform to display their packages or the flexibility they needed to offer customers an interactive experience.”

The OPTIMO webshop does the standard; bookings, payments via a payment gateway, issuing E-Tickets. However it also includes features that improve processes and enhance customer experience:
•   Customer sign up/login
•   Customer requirements e.g. dietary requirements can be entered
•   Customers can upsell or change their booking – within pre-set parameters
•   Customer details are updated directly into CRM system.
•   Email confirmation
•   Interactive Seating Charts/Table Plans
•   Bespoke packages from a single ticket to a hospitality package are bookable
•   Customisable terms and conditions
•   Cut off times and sales allocations are definable e.g no more than 100 internet sales allowed, or bookings made past a certain date can only issue E-Tickets.

Each booking is seamlessly updated into the centralised database, from CRM to space allocation and resources required. The webshop is also branded and personalised as per the client’s requirements ensuring that the corporate image is maintained throughout.
