Motivated to express her inward visions, personal experiences, imaginings and memories, one of her current passions is to paint alla prima, quickly capturing the essence of the birds and animals around her. These portraits are eloquent and painterly, with wonderful textures and colours. Janice is a member of Visual Arts Mississauga, Visual Arts Ontario, Artworks Oakville, Streetsville Co-op, Neilson Park Creative Centre and The Etobicoke Art Group.
