Brittany Weiner wins hearing on behalf of client against Time Warner Entertainment

NEW YORK - June 18, 2013 - PRLog -- Attorney Brittany Weiner successfully represented a former employee of Time Warner Entertainment (Time Warner) who was terminated because of alleged poor performance. After being terminated, Time Warner attempted to have the client's unemployment benefits denied.  

The Honorable Michelle Burrowes issued an award, in favor of the firm's client, after an in-person hearing was conducted.  The decision sustained a determination by the Department of Labor that the employee was entitled to unemployment insurance benefits.
