Jason Helmick Named Shareholder and Vice President of Lee & Associates Irvine

TORRANCE, Calif. - June 17, 2013 - PRLog -- Lee & Associates, one of the largest broker-owned commercial real estate firms in the country, has named Jason Helmick the newest shareholder and vice president of the Irvine office.

Since joining Lee & Associates in 2007, Helmick has focused on the leasing and sales of industrial, office and R&D properties throughout Southern Orange County. With a diverse background in sales, he began his career successfully representing landlords and tenants through extensive prospecting and the successful negotiation of lease and sale transactions. Helmick has supported his clients throughout the development of effective marketing materials, financial analysis and the completion of numerous transactions. Representative clients include Emery Investments, TA Realty, Hobie Sports, Restoration Management and Benev.

Helmick holds a bachelor’s degree in public administration from San Diego State University. He is a member of AIR, charter member of Lake Forest Chamber of Commerce and has been a “Top Producing Associate” three years in a row at Lee & Associates – Irvine.
