Alpha Introduces Radian Series to Asian Marketplace at CommunicAsia

BELLINGHAM, Wash. - June 17, 2013 - PRLog -- Worldwide power solutions leader, Alpha Technologies, announces the debut of OutBack Power’s Radian Series inverter/charger to the Asian marketplace at CommunicAsia in Singapore, June 18-21.

The Radian Series inverter/charger is a fully-integrated solution that delivers 7,000 watts of pure sinewave continuous power with top-end surge capacity. As a true Grid/Hybrid solution, the Radian has dual AC inputs to automatically switch between active grid and generator input to eliminate the need for a costly external transfer switch. The unit also exhibits front venting for optimum cooling and a simplified parallel design to support systems scaling from 7 to 70kW.

In addition, Alpha will showcase its full suite of products at CommunicAsia by demonstrating solutions from all sectors of the power industry.

Alpha’s cable/broadband offering will include the XM3-HP and XM2-300HP power supplies, designed to provide uninterruptible operation for both large and small power installations. Also on display will be the Alpha Power Booster (APB). The APB is an end-of-line voltage booster designed to improve network efficiency and allow deeper penetration of HFC networks.

Alpha’s wireless telecom products will include the Cordex series of rectifiers, specifically the Cordex HP 2.4kW and Cordex HP 1.2kW (1RU and 2RU models).  Designed in a compact, fan-cooled design, Cordex rectifiers allow wider ranges of applications and produce immediate OpEx savings to reduce environmental impact and total cost of ownership.

All Alpha solutions will be on display in Booth BL3-07 at CommunicAsia Expo, Asia’s largest communication event featuring a comprehensive range of emerging technologies including FTTx, Mobile Broadband and Telecom solutions.
