Wine-Pairing Cookbook Offered As Free Download Through Father's Day

WENATCHEE, Wash. - June 15, 2013 - PRLog -- As a celebration of turning her second wine-pariring cookbook, Savoring Leavenworth, into an ebook on Kindle, author and Travel Addict Publishing owner Morgan Fraser has decided to offer it for free through Father's Day.

"It's perfect timing," says Fraser. "Savoring Leavenworth is a great gift for Dad, especially the hard-to-buy-for dad who has everything."

Much like its predecessor, Savoring Chelan, the cookbook pairs wines from the Leavenworth area with recipes from local chefs and cooks, winery owners and winemakers. The majority of the wineries and tasting rooms in Leavenworth, Cashmere and Peshastin, WA participated, as well as many local restaurants, including South and Visconti’s. Watercolor artist Kerry Siderius and Chelan photographer Richard Uhlhorn, the biggest visual contributors to Fraser’s first book, participated again in Savoring Leavenworth. Siderius’ watercolors are featured on the cover and dividers, and Uhlhorn photographed the full-page recipe pictures.
