Koger Hosts Roundtable to Discuss New Regulations within the Alternative Investment Industry

June 14, 2013 - PRLog -- Koger, Inc., a provider of software and services for the fund administration industry, hosted a roundtable June 13th at the Fitzwilliam’s Hotel in Dublin Ireland, bringing together many leading firms in hedge fund and investment administration.  This roundtable explored how new legislation such as FATCA, CFTC Rule 442, AIFMD, Form PF, and FTT are fundamentally altering the alternative investment industry.  The event, which was recorded for publication, aimed to address the challenges of these complex topics, but also brought to light the many opportunities that the new regulations offer to the asset servicing market. The roundtable was extremely well received, resulting in an energetic discussion regarding the current state of the hedge fund industry.
