Live Online Yoga Classes with LaMeel

June 13, 2013 - PRLog -- Kimse LaMeel, a LifeStyle Coach and instructor is now offering Live Online Yoga Seesion via a PowHow studio. The Yoga Classes LaMeeel will be hosting are “ Charkra Yoga”,  every other Tuesday from 10:00 am – 10:30 am starting June 18, “Yoni Yoga”  every other Tuesday from 9:00pm-9:30pm starting June 25, and “Sensual Yoga” which is every Saturday from 8:00pm-8:30pm starting July 7 .  

During the Charka Yoga Class you learn to empower your 7 chakra centers, remove chakra blockages, and balance your entire energy system.  With Yoni Yoga  you will learn alignment with all aspects of yourself, from the physical /emotional/ spiritual! Liberation from past traumas, social & parental conditioning, negative image, shame, fear & guilt! The Sensual Yoga practice will help you relieve stress, maintain youthfulness in the body, sensual body awareness and give you renewed energy every day.  You can take these classes anywhere you are! Home, hotel, outside at a friends all you need is wifi and a camera.  Kimse will be able to see you and still provide personal suggestions and corrections via the webcam.
